Keeping a Wedding Journal

I suggest that the brides I'm working with keep a journal, not only to remind themselves of the work they have done, their conversations, and their decisions, but also to keep a record of all the ideas, suggestions, and stories they've gotten from friends and relatives. The journal serves as a 'back-up memory' which is very useful when you're trying to keep track of hundreds of details. It also forms a nice keepsake after the wedding, because it is a record of this busy, happy, and exciting time. More of these suggestions can be found on my newly published book,
