A Wedding Mind Map: A Way to Organize Your Mind
Before a bride starts planning their wedding, I advise them to work with a wedding mind map. It is something I've created as a way to organize your wedding and your mind. It allows you to see all the major areas involved in creating a wedding.
On my web site ToDoBeforeIDo.com, you will find Web Feature 2-1: Template for a Mind Map and Web Feature 2-2: Possible Categories and Subcategories for a Wedding Mind Map. In the center circle of the template, write 'Wedding,' and in each of the smaller circles surrounding the main circle, write the names of the major areas (categories) associated with a wedding. Note that you may not need all the circles in the template, or you might need more; you should adjust the template to meet your plans. The subcategories fall under each circle. You can write each subcategory on a separate piece of paper and expand it with your thoughts and notes.
