Food Allergies

It is very important to accommodate your guests with food allergies. You don’t want a guest to have an anaphylactic reaction to a peanut in the salad. You must make it very clear to your chef that if any peanuts (crushed, pieces, whole, or oil) are being used, they must make a note of it when they’re serving the food. Put a small sign on platters of food if they contain peanuts or other foods that commonly cause allergies. Tips such as this can be found in my book To Do Before "I Do" for sale at www.LuLu.com.
