To make sure the important people in your life are photographed at your wedding, take a Polaroid of them and give these to your photographer.  The photos should be full face photos with the person's name under their photo.  Arrange to take these photos a month before the wedding so this is not a last-minute project.  There are so many extended families these days that often times a step sibling or step great grandmother is left out.  Although you're going to provide the photographer and you event planner with a list of everyone to be photographed, they don't know who these people are or what they look like.  If you're having a wedding with only 100 people, you probably don't need to do this task.  But if your wedding starts to reach the 200-500 attendee numbers, get the Polaroid photos!  I'd like to hear your tips so send them to me at Rita@ToDoBeforeIDo.com.  You can purchase my book To Do Before "I Do" at www.LuLu.com.
